We build evidence infrastructure for financial institutions

Infrastructure is a responsibility.

Infrastructure is a responsibility.

Infrastructure is a responsibility.

Reesecure was founded on a simple observation: the financial system's response to physical events fails not at the moment of the event, but at the moment of the dispute. Capital exists. Data exists.

What is missing is evidence that all parties, lender, insurer, regulator, borrower, can review without having to take each other's word.

Reesecure builds that evidence layer. It is exacting, unglamorous work, a foundation institutional finance increasingly requires.

Reesecure is developed within GIFT City and other regulated innovation ecosystems, and designed for engagement with institutions operating in regulated markets globally.

LEADERSHIP

Infrastructure is a responsibility.

Infrastructure is a responsibility.

Zen Maddala is the Founder and CEO of Reesecure, where he leads the development of decision infrastructure for physical climate-related financial risk.

He has led Reesecure from concept to live evaluation within the IFSCA FinTech Innovation Sandbox, focusing on governed, reproducible evidence that supports decision-making by banks, insurers, and other regulated financial institutions.

His work is driven by a simple principle :

Technology should improve the quality of institutional evidence, not replace institutional judgment.
