No. Reesecure is a technology infrastructure provider. It does not bear risk, hold or move funds, or make lending, underwriting, claims, or payout decisions. All regulated activities are performed by licensed institutions on their own authority.

Reesecure is developing climate-risk infrastructure for deployment within GIFT City and other regulated innovation ecosystems, subject to applicable approvals, and engages proactively with the relevant authorities in each jurisdiction in which it operates. Further detail: Governance & Regulation.

No. Where structures supported by our infrastructure involve fund movement or risk transfer, those functions are structured and executed by licensed banks, insurers, or payment institutions on their own rails. Reesecure provides evidence and workflow orchestration only.

Designated institutional outputs are generated through controlled, versioned computation rather than undisclosed generative processes. No probabilistic or generative system autonomously determines a binding price, score, payout amount, or institutional decision. Designated outputs are sealed at production and designed to be independently reproducible. Where input data is incomplete, the platform surfaces that condition rather than estimating through it.

Yes. Core elements of the architecture are the subject of pending patent applications in India, with international filings planned or pending, as applicable. Detailed technical documentation is shared with counterparties under confidentiality arrangements within a structured evaluation.

Through an institutional briefing, followed, if both parties choose to proceed, by a master agreement and a defined, time-bound structured evaluation under agreed commercial and legal terms. Your institution's committees decide whether to continue.
